Cricket has its own page instead of a row in a long list of sports. It opens on four tabs:

• Broadcasts for matches with video.
• LIVE for games in progress, with the score and overs next to the odds, for example 190/3 (33.4).

• All leagues for every competition on offer, sorted by country.

Each match card shows the main 1X2 market: W1 for the first team, X for a draw and W2 for the second team. The X price matters most in Tests and first-class games, where a draw is a common result. A link such as +39 next to the odds opens the remaining markets for that game, handicap and total lines among them. Melbet also prices "First Ball of Match", a market with its own weekly offer. National team games have a separate Bet on Your National Team entry in the menu.

Cricket Calendar: What Is in the Line and When

The cricket line moves with the season, so the choice of tournaments depends on the month. Outside the Lanka Premier League window, most of the line is domestic, first-class and qualifying cricket:

The LPL and the IPL are seasonal tournaments. Between seasons neither of them is in the line, so searching for them in October returns nothing. Their matches come back once markets open for the next edition, and the LPL 2027 dates have not been announced yet.

How to Place a Bet: The Bet Slip in LKR

Every bet goes through the Bet slip panel next to the line:

1. Register in Melbet and fund the LKR balance. Before you log in, the slip button reads REGISTRATION.

2. Click the odds of the outcome you want, for example 1.653 on W1 in an MCA Super Premier League match. It appears in the slip under YOUR BETS.

   

3. Keep Single bet for one selection, or change the bet type in the drop-down once the slip holds several.

4. Type the amount in Stake amount (LKR) or use the plus and minus buttons.

   

5. Under When odds change, choose how the slip reacts to a price move, for example Accept if odds increase.

6. Add a code in the Promo code line if you have one, check Potential winnings and confirm.

Potential winnings are the stake multiplied by the odds: a 200 LKR single at 1.653 shows 330.6 LKR.

Live Betting With Streams, Multi-LIVE and Sell For

Melbet online betting does not stop at the first ball. The Live section lists every game in progress by sport, with cricket, football, tennis and table tennis among the busiest, and the With live streams switch leaves only matches that have video. Live events carry more than 30 betting markets.

The in-play tools:

Esports and Virtual Sports on Melbet

Esports have a section of their own and a place in the Live list next to real sports. Melbet mobile betting uses the same account, LKR balance and open bets as the desktop site.
